United Through Reading

United Through Reading is a USO program that allows military personnel to read a book aloud while it is recorded onto DVD so their children can watch it while they are deployed overseas.

For information on booking an appointment in El Paso, call (915) 569-7536 or make arrangements for the UTR mobile to visit your unit. Stop by the FirstLight Federal Credit Union at 1741 Marshall Road, Fort Bliss to participate Monday – Friday , 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
