3 Men Arrested At Rock Inn, Charged With Possession Of Cocaine

EL PASO — Police officials say a bar check at the Rock Inn in Northeast El Paso resulted in the rest of the three men on cocaine charges.

Police arrested Luciano Davis, 34, of the 11000 block of Artwall; James Martinez, 42, of the 5400 blockof Sweetwater; and Klaus Schulze, 52, of the 5700 block of Sherbrooke at about 12:40 a.m. Sunday. All three are charged with possession of a controlled substance, police officials said.

Davis and Shulze were booked in the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $1,500 bond. They both had less than a gram of cocaine on their person. Martinez, who had more than a gram of cocaine on his person, was booked on a $5,000 bond.

The Rock Inn is located at 3315 Dyer. Police officials say a state agency is helping their department with an investigation into the incident.
