Less Than 140 People Vote Early In Anthony, NM Election

El Paso, Texas – With less than a day of early voting to go in Anthony, New Mexico, officials say 130 people have cast their ballot on whether the town should incorporate.

Anthony residents have until 7 p.m. today to vote in early voting. The election will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday. People can vote at the water department and the elementary school.

Incorporating would mean the town would become an official city, complete with a governing council and a clerk.
