Marmolejo Change Of Venue Hearing To Continue Next Month
David Marmolejo will have to wait until next month to find out if his trial will remain in El Paso.
Tuesday afternoon, the judge told Marmolejo that he would have to wait until April 6 to see if he would be granted a change of venue.
Marmolejo has been charged in the death of his mother. He has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.
