Find Out What To Do If You Have Not Received Census Form

If you did not receive a 2010 Census form it’s not too late to be counted.

Call the Census Questionnaire Assistance line at 1-866-872-6868 and give your answers over the phone or request a form be sent to where you live so you can mail it back in time to avoid a census taker coming to your door. Don’t be left out of the count for your community.

You can also visit the “Be Counted” area of our website to locate a Questionnaire Assistance Center in your community where you can pick up a form through April 19.
