New International Language School To Begin This Year
A local school district is starting a new international language school.
The Eastwood Knolls International School of Choice is scheduled to open this upcoming school year.
Beginning in August, Mandarin Chinese will be added to the existing dual language Spanish-English programs.
New students will be accepted into the international program where they will learn English, Spanish and Chinese.
A community meeting is planned for families interested in 2010-2011 kindergarten enrollment in the multilingual program.
It’ll be this Tuesday at the Eastwood Knolls school library at 6 p.m.
