This week?s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is a Barrio Azteca gang member wanted for threatening his own family. The target is JAVIER IVAN MADRID (29) of Fabens, TX.
APRIL 2010- On April 2, 2010, El Paso County Sheriff?s Deputies were dispatched to an apartment complex in Fabens, Texas in reference to a family dispute. Deputies arrived and met with the Victim / Reporter who told authorities that her ex-boyfriend identified as JAVIER IVAN MADRID threatened her life & the lives of her family. Deputies searched the area for MADRID but were unable to locate him. A warrant has now been issued for his arrest for the offense of TERRORISTIC THREAT.
MADRID is a confirmed Barrio Azteca gang Member & is wanted by the El Paso County Sheriff?s Office for an unrelated 2001 AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT case. MADRID is said to remain in the Borderland hiding with family & friends eluding capture. A warning to the general public: MADRID is to be considered ARMED & DANGEROUS.
