Police Say Homeless Man Licked Child In Restroom
El Paso Police have arrested a 54-year-old man after he allegedly licked a child and flashed the child in a restroom.
Marcellous Asher was arrested in the 9100 block of Dyer on Wednesday after he allegedly entered a restroom a 4-year-old girl had just entered, exposed his penis to the girl and shook his body at her.
Asher then licked the victim on the face prior to leaving the restroom, according to police. Asher was located and placed under arrest. Asher was booked in to the El Paso County Detention Facility on a single charge of Indecency with a Child (Felony). His bond was $10,000.
