This week?s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an individual wanted for various offenses. The target is DEELLIS FOSTER (36) of El Paso, TX.

Sheriff?s Officials are hot on the trail of DEELLIS FOSTER who is wanted for Criminal Non- Support. FOSTER owes $30,569 in child support back pay & is also wanted out of the 384th District Court for a 2006 Possession of Marijuana charge where FOSTER never showed for court. FOSTER was profiled as one of Crime Stoppers of El Paso Most Wanted for March 28, 2010 where several tips on his whereabouts were called in.
