Upper Valley Levees Not Up To Code
The International Boundary and Water Commission said levees that were built to protect El Paso?s upper valley from flooding are not up to code.
Our news partners at the El Paso Inc. dug up the test results on the levee materials, and they said there is nothing wrong with them. They also said they think the levee repairs could just be a bid for stimulus dollars.
