Car Nearly Strikes Lower Valley Pedestrian
El Paso Police said a woman was nearly hit by a speeding car at about 2 a.m. Sunday on Bowen Road near Alameda Avenue.
Officers said the girl literally had to jump out of the way of the car to avoid being hit. She escaped with minor scrapes and bruises.
Police said driver is still on the run.
