UPDATE: Shooting At East Side Bar Leaves One Dead

Sheriff’s office officials said two armed men walked in to rob the Sal’s Lounge on El Paso’s east side and shot one of the bar patrons to death.

Officials spoke to witnesses who said the two men walked into the bar located at 11400 Gateway East at 3 a.m. Thursday.

Police have not released any information on the victim.

Officials said they have investigators on the scene.
