The FBI and El Paso Police are searching for a man who robbed a Northeast El Paso bank on Wednesday and is believed to have robbed a bank last week.

At about 1 p.m. Wednesday, a man walked into the Compass Bank located at 9870 Gateway North, approached a teller, displayed a weapon and a note and demanded money. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect fled the bank in a White 1992 Chevrolet Pickup travelling north bound on the gateway.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 35 years old, 5-foot-5, 150 pounds, wearing a black baggy zip up hooded jacket, grey sweatpants with white stripes, big sunglasses, with medium/dark complexion. The suspect was also wearing lipstick and carrying a large ladies vinyl purse.
