El Paso Records 9th Traffic Fatality Of 2011
A 23-year-old El Paso man became the city’s ninth traffic fatality of the year when he died.
El Paso police identified the man as Ricardo Morales of the 9400 block of Chantilly. Morales was the rear seat passenger in a serious traffic collision that occurred on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011 at 3:40 a.m. in the 1500 block of N. Zaragoza. Morales had been transported to Del Sol Medical Center immediately following the collision.
Morales becomes the 9th traffic related fatality of 2011 as compared to 3 during this same time period in 2010.
