El Paso Police: 5 Men Stabbed In Altercation Outside Convenience Store

Five men were stabbed after engaging in a physical altercation Sunday night outside a South El Paso convenience store, according to El Paso Police officials.

They ranged in age from 24-27.

The altercation allegedly occurred shortly before 11 p.m. outside a convenience store in the 6300 block of Alameda. Two victims were located by police a short distance away from the store, while the other victims were located at University Medical Center.

The victims received injuries ranging from cut thumb, stab wounds to the back, legs, and all were described as non-life threatening.

Police said , the victims told the police that they desired no prosecution and were uncooperative with officers at the scene and hospital.

The Crimes Against Persons Gang Unit was notified of this incident. This investigation continues
