Las Cruces Police Investigate Shooting
Las Cruces Police are investigating a Monday afternoon shooting that has resulted in a man being transported to an area hospital with at least one gunshot wound, according to police officials.
Sometime after 4 p.m. on Monday, March 21, Las Cruces Police were called to the 2200 block of Bex Street where a man was suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
The victim was airlifted to University Medical Center in El Paso. The extent of his injuries is not known at this time.
Police are attempting to identify the person who allegedly shot the man and are following several leads at this time.
