Manhunt Monday 04/11/11: Jesus Meza Jr.

This week?s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is known an individual sought for home burglary. The target is identified as JESUS MEZA JR. (28) of Fabens, TX.

JANUARY 2011: On January 12, 2011 at approximately 9: 40 AM, Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 800 block of Longer Lane El Paso County, Texas reference a Home Burglary. Deputies made contact with the resident who told authorities he arrived home to find several items within the home missing. Further investigation revealed point of entry into the home was made through a living room and bedroom window where a flat screen television amongst other items were taken.

Information received by responding Deputies indicated a black two door pickup truck with a long cab was spotted in the neighborhood around the time of the burglary. Shoe impressions were also found in the vicinity outside of the windows. Charges were filed shortly after.

In Early March 2011, Sheriff?s Office Crimes against Property Detectives received anonymous information regarding individuals responsible for the Burglary. The Suspects were identified a JESUS MEZA JR. (28) & EMMANUEL CRUZ (24) ? both from Fabens, TX.

CRUZ was arrested for a string of Burglary charges on 03-23-11 which included the said Burglary.

JESUS MEZA JR. knows he is wanted for this crime & is now on the run. MEZA JR. is believed to remain in the Fabens / El Paso area where he has numerous contacts.

MEZA JR. has an extensive criminal history for offense which include, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, BURGLARY OF VEHICLE, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, BURGLARY OF HABITATION, AGGRAVATED ASSAULT W/ DEADLY WEAPON, CRIMINAL NON-SUPPORT, THEFT OF PROPERTY, & ROBBERY.
