El Paso Man Charged With 3rd DWI
A routine traffic stop early Tuesday led to the arrest of a man accused of a third DWI.
Police said 28-year-old Gustavo A. Luna was driving a black 2007 Nissan Sentra when he ran a stop sign shortly after 4 a.m. Tuesday on the 4500 block of Arlen Avenue.
Police said Luna, of the 5800 block of Sturgeon Drive, was stopped on Dyer Street and officers determined that he was intoxicated. Luna had previous convictions for DWI in 2004 and 2009, police said.
Luna was booked into the El Paso County Jail on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, third or more. His bond was set at $5,000.
