Woman Charged With DWI 3rd Or More
Officer?s assigned to the Northeast Regional Command Center stopped Patricia CARRERA driving a gray, 2000 Honda Accord with an expired Motor Vehicle Inspection sticker at 12:29 a.m., Tuesday, 08-09-2011 in the 5300 block of Fairbanks.
The investigation revealed that CARRERA had four outstanding Municipal Court Warrants (Open Container, No or Expired Drivers License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, and Cell Phone Vio.).
CARRERA was also intoxicated and placed under arrest. Further investigation by a DWI Task Force unit officer revealed that CARRERA had two previous convictions for DWI and she was charged with DWI 3rd or More. CARRERA was booked into the El Paso County Jail on bonds totaling $5,984.00.
