Police: Man Is Stabbed Several Times After Bar Fight

A 29-year-old man was stabbed several times after an argument at a Central bar early Monday, police said.

Police were dispatched to the 6300 block of Wieland Way, where they said they found a man with stab wounds to his legs, forearm, and chest. The man was taken to University Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition.

Police said there was an argument at the First Cocktail Lounge before several men attacked the victim, who was not identified. Police said the man then made his way to the neighborhood north of the Airport Road bar.

Witnesses told police they saw the attackers entering a light-colored pickup and a dark-colored SUV. The victim in this case does not desire prosecution.
