El Paso Police Seek Help In Finding Person Involved In Debit Card Abuse
Detectives from the El Paso Police Department’s Central Regional Command Center are asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a man involved in a debit card abuse case.
The suspect is believed to obtain victims’ credit card or debit card information and then attempt to make purchases using that information at various locations.
