NMSU Beats Missouri State By Double Digits

Sim Bhullar scored 25 points, including 9 of 12 shooting from the floor, and New Mexico State rolled to a 71-51 victory over Missouri State on Saturday night.

New Mexico State (6-6) also got 11 points from Daniel Mullings. Bandja Sy grabbed nine rebounds.

The Aggies shot 54.2 percent from the floor as a team.

Missouri State (2-10) led by five points early in the game and was ahead late in the first half, but could not stay in the game in the second half.

Missouri State converted just 2 of 14 3-point attempts and was 19 of 57from the floor (33.3 percent).

Anthony Downing led Missouri State with 17 points and Gavin Thurman added 10.
