3 City Council races decided by handful of votes in runoff

With unofficial final results released in the runoff election for the three City Council races, these are the results.

District 2

LARRY ROMERO 2,421 51.30% JIM TOLBERT 2,298 48.70%

District 4

CARL L. ROBINSON 2,909 50.19% SAM MORGAN 2,887 49.81%

District 7

TANIA CHOZET 3,249 49.68% LILY LIMON 3,291 50.32%
