House fire flares up twice

El Paso goes up in flames twice in a matter of hours.

It appeared firefighters put out the flames at around 5 a.m. Sunday, but hours later, the electrical fire flared back up for second time.

A fire department spokesman said two people were inside the house when the fire started but they escaped unharmed.

Investigators said the fire started in part of the home’s attic then spread. They estimate the fire damage to the home will cost around $100,000 to repair.
