The finger pointing continues in Washington, D.C. On March 1, if President Obama and Republicans – who control the House – can’t come to an agreement on how to target spending cuts– automatic cuts will kick in.

That’s the so-called “sequester.” For days, we’ve heard dire warnings about services at risk.
