Police dispatch sends crews to check on report of person tied up in East El Paso

ABC-7 recieved phone calls about police activity at an apartment complex in the 3900 Block of Viscount.

Police dispatch confirmed theyareinvestigating reports of a person tied up near Montwood and Viscount.

Dispatch would not comment further, because, they said police had just arrived on the scene.
