Police investigate stabbing in east El Paso

One person is in the hospital after a stabbing in East El Paso early Wednesday morning.

The incident happened around 12:30 am at the Plaza Los Misiones Shopping Center, which is by the intersection of Zaragoza and Don Haskins.

According to police radio transmissions, two vehicles fled the scene, possibly carrying suspects. No word on any arrests.
