Man shot in neck at Las Cruces park
Las Cruces Police are trying to figure out if a shooting at Apodaca Park is gang related.
It happened after 2 p.m. Thursday. The park is between Solano and Triviz on the 1200 block of Madrid.
Police tell ABC-7 that two young men got into a fight and one of them was shot in the neck.
Someone drove the victim to a hospital before police arrived.
He is now University Medical Center in El Paso.
Police say they recovered the gun and are interviewing a man they think was involved in the fight.
No charges have been filed at this time.
