Arson investigators look into how a vacant home catches fire

A vacant house caught fire early Saturday morning in Central el Paso.

Firefighters were able to put the flames out quickly. Arson investigators were called to the scene.

Neighbors told ABC7 they have noticed vagrants and homeless people using the home as a shelter for years. Neighbors said they have called police and City Hall and gotten no results.
