The El Paso Chihuahuas have set the single-season attendance record for Minor League Baseball with half a season under their belt.

Including July 13’s game, 334,978 people have attended a home Chihuahuas game at Southwest University Park.

This surpasses the previous record of 329,233 for a full season set by the El Paso Diablos at Cohen Stadium.

Including Opening Night, the Chihuahuas sold out 31 of 41 games and have 26 home games remaining.

The largest crowd of 10,135 was recorded on July 3.

The Chihuahuas’ next home game is July 21 to open an eight-game homestand.
