Missing teen found in El Paso’s East Side unharmed

El Paso Police announced Wednesday afternoon that 14-year-old Amber Cecilia had been found earlier Wednesday.

She was found in East El Paso in good health, unharmed, and uninjured.

The girl had last been seen on Saturday, Aug. 9.
