First Alert issued due to Flash Flood Warning in nearby north Dona Ana, Sierra counties

First Alert for Flash Flood Warning in effect through 1:30 pm.

The warning is ONLY for north Dona Ana County and parts of Sierra County.

Reports of flooding near hatch and T or C/Spaceport area.

Roadways reportedly washed out near spaceport.
