Woman had blood-alcohol level more than 3 times legal limit in fatal October collision

The ABC-7 I-Team has obtained the toxicology report for a woman involved in a wrong-way fatal traffic accident in October.

El Paso Police say that on Oct. 13 Nora Padilla was going the wrong way on I-10 near the McRae overpass when she hit 46-year-old Robert Karr, a Fort Bliss soldier.

Both were killed in the collision. The toxicology report on Padilla states her blood alcohol level was .246, more than three times the legal limit for drivers.
