Motorcyclist injured in crash Saturday has died
A motorcyclist injured in a traffic collision on Saturday has died.
El Paso Police say that 34-year-old Davniel Vanegas, of the 13000 block of New Britton, was injured in a single vehicle collision on Lee Trevino at Rojas at 11:58 p.m. Saturday.
Police say that Vanegas was traveling at a high rate of speec when he struck the center median which caused him to lose control of the motorcycle. He then became separated from the motorcycle and hit the road.
Vanegas was transported to Del Sol Medical Center for treatment of a serious head injury.
