Killed Trying to Hop a Train

Police said that a woman whom they were only able to identify as “in her 20s” was seen by witnesses attempting to hop aboard a moving train. She failed on her first attempt and was knocked to the ground. When she tried again, she was pulled under and killed by the train.

The fatality happened near the intersection of Copia and Rosa in Central El Paso.
