Police ID man found dead along Trans Mountain; man may have been hit by vehicle
El Paso Police’s Special Traffic Investigators have released the identity of a man found dead along Trans Mountain Sunday morning.
He has been identified as Alejandro Cobarrubio, 61, of Las Cruces.
Police say the body was found near the summit at 9:20 a.m. by hikers in the area and that he may have been struck by a vehicle.
