County discusses state possibl rais vehicle registration fee

texas house bill 392 — now in the house transportation committee. it would allow counties to raise vehicle registration fees by up to twenty dollars! el paso already raised the cost by ten dollars… another ten dollar hike and you’re looking at paying 80 dollars to register your car. the extra money would go toward local transportation projects.
