Couple charged with child abuse after children test positive

and a 9-month old boy test positive for cocaine. the state of new mexico has taken custody of the children and charged their parents with child abuse. back in march, las cruces police arrested 23-year-old santana jaramillo after he allegedly held his ex- girlfriend and their two children hostage. during their investigation, police say they discovered jaramillo and his ex repeatedly snorted cocaine in front of their children police arrested the mother, 21-year-old deva leshae blunt. investigators say the children are now living with relatives.
