Longtime El Paso car dealer Dick Poe dies

Dick Poe, owner of the Dick Poe Family of Dealerships died Saturday.

ABC-7 confirmed the death after speaking with dealership employees and family friend, Jim Paul.

Poe was known for his signature “Hi folks, I’m Dick Poe,” commercials.

Paul said Poe was 81-years-old.
