Police arrest suspected tire slasher
Police arrested a suspected tire slasher Friday morning in South Central El Paso.
Several construction workers had just started their work day when a man popped their car tires.
The workers were inspecting their vehicles as police put a man inside a patrol unit about 7 a.m. near the intersection of Concepcion and Alameda. Officers on the scene said the unidentified man damaged a total of seven vehicles.
Police said they were trying to determine a possible motive for the crime.
