City of El Paso Independence Day schedule, closures

In observance of the Fourth ofJulyholiday, allCity administrative offices will be closed onThursday, July 2, 2015. City offices will resume regular operating hours onMonday, July 6, 2015. Below is a list of City departments and services that will be closed on the 4 th ofJuly. The holiday closures schedule is also posted on the Independence Day City Holiday Closures banner atwww.elpasotexas.gov

Trash and recycling collection will not be affected by the holiday.

El Paso Museum of History and Digital Wall

El Paso Recreation Centers & Senior Centers

El Paso Parks Club Rec Summer Camp and Daycare

SunMetro Administrative Offices and Transfer Center Ticket Offices

OPEN

Animal Services Shelter (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.)

El Paso Municipal Pools

El Paso Zoo

SunMetro fixed bus routes will observe aSunday/holiday schedule and BRIO will run on aSaturdayschedule.

All metered parking spaces will be free onJuly 4 th .

Las Cruces Independence Day schedule and closures

Independence Day Schedule City Hall and most other City of Las Cruces offices will be closed Friday, July 3, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. Police and fire services will not be affected.

East Mesa Recreation Center

Frank O’ Brien Papen Community Center

East Side Community Center

Henry Benavidez Community Center

Mesilla Park Community Center

Sage Cafe

Frenger Indoor Pool

A. Fielder Memorial Safe Haven

RoadRUNNER Transit (Regular bus service hours July 3, no Aggie Transit Service, Intermodal Offices closed)(All Closed July 4)

Thomas Branigan Memorial Library (Closed July 3 & 4)

All museums (Closed July 3 & 4)

All Senior Programs

Convention and Visitors Bureau

Solid waste and recycling services will operate on a normal schedule, offices will be closed.

Regional Aquatic Center will operate on a modified schedule. 12 – 3 p.m. (1 st Open Session) 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. (2 nd Open Session)

The East Mesa and Laabs Pools are open for swim sessions from 12 – 3 p.m. and 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
