Ysleta ISD approves 2015-2016 tax rate

Ysleta Independent School District board approved its tax rate Wednesday evening.

The board is keeping it the same as last year $1.36 per $100 of home valuation. Broken down it is $1.17 for maintenance and operation and $0.19 for debt service.

YISD says for a $105,000 home, that’s about $810 per year.
