Man to serve time for torturing puppies
Carlos Fernandez has been sentenced to six months in jail for torturing puppies last year.
He was arrested last year and charged with animal cruelty. Court records state that Fernandez will serve time concurrently with a previous sentence of driving while intoxicated.
