Police investigating fatal motorcycle crash on Airway

Update: The southbound lanes of Airway between Edgemere and Viscount remain closed as of around 8:30 p.m. The northbound lanes of Airway remain closed while police investigate.

Original story: El Paso Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash at 1201 Airway, according to a tweet by the police department.

The department’s Special Traffic Investigations division is investigating.

It was not immediately clear how many people died or if any other vehicles were involved.

Expect traffic delays in area.
