RiOS! Radio’s Ode to Local Music
When it comes to showcasing local music look no further than RiOS! Radio. The season has changed and there’s a chill in the air which means it’s time for another countdown.
RiOS! Radio’s second annual Top 10 Local Music countdown is happening November 14, 2015 9pm at Ode Brewing.
RiOS! Radio has nominated 20 bands based on songs most listened to on riosradio.com that will compete for 10 coveted spots. Voter polls opened October 20 th , 2015 on the RiOS! Radio Facebook page. Bands are encouraged to share with friends, family, and fans to make the cut. Voting will end November 10 th , 2015 just in time for the winners to be announced at the Ode Brewing shindig.
RiOS! Radio will announce the top 3 winners and award them some awesome prize packages ranging from professional band photography to professional studio time. The station encourages all friends, musicians, and any artists looking to get their music out to the masses to join them for this momentous occasion.
RiOS! Radio encompasses individuals who know sound and music just like, and sometimes better, than the great minds in the biggest cities do. They are hungry for new music, and have a need to scour the landscape for it!
You kinda have to ask why your city is not making waves in the music scene and then work your way to become the answer. Their answer is FREE local and independent radio. RiOS! Radio has been streaming music at riosradio.com for over a year and is also looking for new fresh talent to showcase on their podcasts, Eileen on Music and Chuco Talks as well as the airwaves.
