City project to reduce traffic in far East El Paso

The city of El Paso is working to reduce traffic in far East El Paso.

The plan is to connect Pebble Hills Boulevard to Zaragoza Road within the next six months.

City Representative Michiel Noe says they ran into several speed bumps to make this project a reality.
