ivy league school can become a reality. undergrads college consulting and tours is recruiting students to experience college past a brochure book. this past year the program took 22 students to the east coast to check out several ivy league schools – like harvard, yale and georgetown. one of the founders says its gives the students a glimpse of the opportunities outside the mountains of el paso. “this is really beneficial to e paso students – because we don’t really know too much about ivy league schools and we are mainly marketed towards utep or a & m but there are other great opportunities for latino students outside of texas” the program is now offering trips to the west coast and will host two trips in the next year. if interesting in learning more – we will have the programs information online at kvia-dot-com
