weather with lighter winds today. however westerly winds will push warmer dry air into the borderland resulting in higher above normal temperatures friday and saturday. an upper level disturbance with a cold front will also produce breezy to windy conditions saturday followed by slightly cooler temperatures on sunday. warmer conditions return on monday but a slow moving storm system may bring a return of breezy to windy conditions tuesday and wednesday. now to the investigation into the deadly terror attacks in brussels. developing now …. developing now …. in the air…and on the street.. police are searching for this runaway terrorist. trying to stop him before he strikes again. his name, still not known. the media, citing unnamed sources, say the suspect was filmed by surveillance cameras in the brussels metro on tuesday carrying a large bag alongside khalid el bakraoui, whom prosecutors have identified as a suicide bomber. el bakraoui’s brother was identified as one of two suicide bombers who targeted the brussels airport the same day in attacks that killed at least 31 people and injured more than 200. this is the suspects’ safehouse – a building in the suburbs of brussels. inside, forensic investigators found a virtual bomb factory – pounds of explosives – the same kind used in the paris attacks. along with detonators and more. secretary of state john kerry is expected to visit brussels and give condolences tomorrow. meanwhile… police vehicles arrived at court in brussels this morning where salah abdeslam, a suspect in last year’s paris attacks, is expected to attend a hearing. he is no longer cooperating with belgian police and wants to be extradited to france as soon as possible, his lawyer said earlier today. abdeslam was captured in a raid on an apartment in brussels last friday. it was not known if he was in the police vehicles. new this morning— the israeli military says two palestinians stabbed and lightly wounded an israeli soldier thursday morning. soldiers shot and killed the attackers. the military says it took place at a military checkpoint in the west bank city of hebron. it says the soldier has been taken to the hospital for treatment. it is the latest in a six- month wave of stabbings, shootings and car-ramming attacks that has killed 28 israelis and two americans. about 187 palestinians have died by israeli fire over this time. new this morning– leaking ammonia at a boston seafood warehouse killed a worker wednesday evening. the handful of workers still on-duty were evacuated, except for one. fire department personnel made multiple attempts to get to the missing worker, but the chemical was overwhelming. it took about an hour to get to the victim, who was found in a second floor stairwell . officials say a tank holding some 54-hundred pounds of ammonia leaked for about two hours — but they don’t yet know why or how much leaked. the incident is under investigation. the canutillo school district has a new facilities and transportation director. mr. bruno vasquez was appointed to the role. mr. vasquez is a registered architect, and is responsible for all facets of cisd’s facility maintenance, bond construction projects, energy management, student transportation and fleet maintenance. meanwhile…sthe el paso police department says it’s investigating an incident involving an infant. this is on the 45-hundred block of bobolink…. in the upper valley off of doniphan. no other information is being released at this time. we’ll update you if we get any new information. drivers on i-10 yesterday were tuck in traffic for hours after two crashes . one was because of this 9-vehicle crash on the westside. it happened around 6 p.m. in the westbound lanes near sunland park drive. we checked with an emergency dispatch supervisor who told us — there were no injuries. traffic was backed up all the way to cotton downtown. meanwhile earlier in the day.. westbound traffic was shut down due to this serious crash in central. it happened around 2:30 n the afternoon near copia. take a look… you can see emergency responders surrounding the man who was said to be thrown from the red mustang… el paso police are not releasing any information about the man who was eventually taken to the hospital. a message from the las cruces police department — if you see a hit and run — do not go after th vehicle… from our new mexico mobile newsroom … this message after investigators say on tuesday — a 17-year old driving a nissan altima was involved in a hit and run on dr. king way. then shortly after that collision, a second crash on chaparro st and utah ave. a 31-year old woman involved in the second crash is in critical condition this morning. police say a victim of the hit and run got in a second car and followed the 17-year old driver west on idaho then north on chaparro where the he ran a stop sign and struck the vehicle driven by the 31 year old. police say the nissan’s engine caught fire, but witnesses quickly put it out. the 17 year old was transported to a hospital with minor injuries. no charges have been filed at this time. / also in new mexicio a passionate supporter of new mexico state university has been laid to rest. lori paulson died last week after battling pancreatic cancer. she was 35. hundreds attended her memorial at aggie memorial stadium. paulson was a huge supporter of the n- m-s-u football program — donating $100-thousand dollars of her life insurance to support players and buy uniforms and equipment. let’s check out the traffic situation again . the tx-dot traffic cams, showing . we have an abc-7 traffic alert to pass along happening tonight in west el paso starting at 9 p.m. tonight the eastbound resler entrance ramp to i-10 will be closed until 5 a.m. crews are repairing damage in that location. you will have to get on the freeway either at mesa or sunland park. we also want to remind you of another closure still happening for the rest of the week ..there will be a complete closure of i-10 east between viscount and zaragoza. this will be from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. crews are re- striping the roadway in that area. meantime we have a check of the estimated wait times at the international bridges… and we can tell you highway 70 is expected to be open all day. let’s get to the breaking news out of east el paso. el paso police say they are
