Registered sex offender allegedly exposed himself to child inside Family Dollar

Detectives with the Crimes Against Children unit arrested a registered sex offender after he allegedly exposed himself to a child.

The indecent exposure allegedly happened inside the Family Dollar store at 615 N. Zaragoza August 14, 2016.

Police said the 10-year-old child momentarily strayed from her mother and walked down a different aisle where she was confronted by 52-year-old Paul Patrick Siqueiros.

The sex offender, of the 12100 block of Tower View, allegedly exposed his genitalia while making a lewd comment to the child, who ran crying to her mother.

Police said Siqueiros ran away, but detectives were able to establish his identity with the help of surveillance footage.

Detectives located Siqueiros Tuesday morning at his residence and arrested him without incident.

He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under a $20,000 bond charged with Indecency with a Child, a felony offense.
