El Paso Water spokeswoman, Christina Montoya, told ABC-7 the Mesquite Hills subdivision was affected.
Earlier Thursday, affected residents were able to take containers to get free drinking water at 11611 Dyer. Another truck with water was set up at Dyer and Mesquite Hills in the Van Horn Apartment complex.
